This dress was in my "to be mended" pile in the closet for nearly two years, and all I had to do was add some buttons. I already shortened it previously. I happily found it while sorting through clothes to sell at my garage sale. I swear, my closet is a thrift store unto itself.
I still am drawn to the cut of a babydoll dress, and I can never resist the ice cream man's jingle. This Fall has been pretty ideal thus far.
Outfit: vintage babydoll dress (thrifted), AA tights, knit beanie (hand made gift), Cole Haan lavender loafers.
wow you look adorable, love baby doll dresses and this one is so cute and the beanie is a nice touch x

Haha... when I saw this title I thought - no - just too curvy! I feel a bit like a pin-up when I wear baby-doll styles. I blame my rather generous derrière - but that's ok, it serves me well in a pencil skirt! On you - it is perfection!
ReplyDeletei love baby doll dresses! this is so cute
ReplyDeleteaw I agree, baby doll dresses are just too awesome and this thrifted one you are wearing is such a gem--good eye lady :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, gals! Helga, I love Werther's Originals. What a funny proverb, but thanks so much for sharing.
